WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY METHODS AND TIMES?
We ship using DHL and FEDEX to most countries around the world The expected delivery time is 3-8 business days after placing the order.
IS DELIVERY FREE?
Free shipping worldwide.
DO I HAVE TO PAY DUTIES AND TAXES UPON DELIVERY OF MY ORDER?
Regarding shipping to the US:
All the US orders would be shipped under DDP (Delivered Duties Paid). This means you won’t face any unexpected duties or customs charges before delivery. The sales tax may be applied at checkout for certain states where legally required.
Regarding the rest international shipment:
All the rest of the international orders would be shipped under DAP (Delivered at Place), which means any import duties, clearance fees, brokerage fees, or additional charges are the responsibility of the customer before delivery.
Note that the customs duties or taxes will not be refunded for all of the return orders and they will be deducted from the refund.

WHAT IF I WANT TO CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?
If you wish to amend the delivery address provided when placing your order, please contact us directly from our contact page.
HOW LONG IS THE WARRANTY VALID?
The warranty period for our products is 12 months from the date of shipment.
It does not cover any damage to any part of the watch resulting from abnormal use, lack of care, negligence, accidents, improper use of the watch and non-compliance with the instructions provided by laarvee.
