Return


All sales are final.If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order you can request a return here. All returns must be authorized by us before sending merchandise back. If your return is accepted, a return must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order. After a return is requested, the return must be back to us within 10 days. The order number must be clearly written on the outside of the package. Returns should be shipped with a traceable carrier as we are not responsible for delayed or lost packages. Any returns received without an order number, that do not comply with the above, or that for any other reason LAARVEE deems unacceptable may be denied at the discretion of LAARVEE.

Damage issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Merchandise showing any sign of use will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

Refunds

Original shipping fees and tax and customs of the return are not refundable. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
